Vera Gade, Sweden

There are 1200 species of wild plants in Ostergotland. In the East lies the archipelago of the Baltic sea, in the West lies the deep, cool waters of the inland sea Vattern.  To the North and South of the rich, vast fields are the dark forests with their rich wildlife. I have taken photos of a small number of these plants, mainly in an area beside the border to Smaland, the landscape of Linnaeus. A wonderful varied landscape of forests, heaths, smiling meadows, and waters in abundance - no high mountains though.
